We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. There are no hidden fees, minimum purchase thresholds, or regional surcharges at checkout. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay in US Dollars (USD).

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Handling Time: All orders are verified, processed, and packaged within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major public holidays).
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will enter the processing queue the following business day.

3. Transit Time & Delivery Expectations

Once your order has been securely packaged and handed over to our shipping carriers (such as USPS, DHL, or FedEx), the estimated delivery timeframe is:

  • United States Standard Transit Time: 7 to 13 business days.

Please note: While the majority of packages arrive well within this window, transit times may occasionally fluctuate due to extreme weather conditions, holiday carrier peaks, or local customs processes.

5. Delivery Address Adjustments

We can only adjust your shipping address if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment stage. Once an order is handed to the courier, we cannot change the destination address.
